I had never rented a karaoke machine before and was pretty skeptical, but this was definitely worth it! The whole experience was unbelievably easy: the set up and retrieval is all managed by the company. They give you two tablets for people to search, select and queue up songs. The song selection is pretty extensive, including multiple languages. The set up even comes with a really good speaker, and two mics that actually work! They also communicated very clearly before drop off and pick up, which I appreciated tremendously. It made for one of the most memorable New Year’s party ever! I would recommend anyone use this service for their next big event. ()

Highly recommend! Was having a house party with some close friends who enjoy singing, so why not rent a karaoke machine right?? KRV was affordable and had the perfect setup for what we needed at home. The whole process was so easy and seamless. First, their website has all the info and is transparent about pricing, easy booking system, quick confirmation and responsible communication about delivery. I love that they deliver, install and test the system before leaving and making sure that I knew how to use it. The pick up next day was a efficient. Now onto the actual machine, it has SO MANY songs and a great variety of decades and genres, even has some other languages which was really fun. There were songs for everyone in my group and we sang through the night!! Technically, everything worked smoothly. The sound system and microphones were of good quality, the tablets were great and didn't experience any glitches nor technical difficulties the whole time. So appreciative that we have this service in Vancouver, I'll definitely go with KRV again ! Thank you for helping us have memorable night! ()

Terry installed equipment in my home and explained what I needed to know. He was quick, friendly and professional. Terry accommodated my post-party equipment pick up because I was not home the day after the event so he came 2 days after the event. The music library is good but in some cases the audio quality of the recorded songs was really very low which resulted in a fairly average result in the sound system. But the staff (Ray) was super super helpful in walking me through the set up again (I called him like at 9pm on a Saturday, Thank you!!). Yet the Ipad still didn't work.
